Software Engineer

MAR 2025 — PRESENT

  • Building an AI-native HRMS SaaS platform across React/TypeScript web, React Native mobile, NestJS backend, AI agents, MCP integrations, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and production deployments — owning the system from product architecture through release.
  • Engineered an AI assistant and agent execution layer with JWT-scoped multi-tenant isolation, sub-2s SSE streaming, tool/MCP integrations, and a server-validated propose/confirm flow for secure, auditable actions.
  • Built and scaled an event-driven insurance platform processing 600K+ policies annually across a nationwide partner network, spanning policy APIs, asynchronous workflows, and Next.js dashboards for real-time tracking and analytics.
  • Built the frontend for a multi-client lending platform used across 4 client organizations, enabling employees to raise and manage thousands of loan applications and supporting peak monthly disbursements of ₹5M+.
  • Designed and shipped 5+ production WhatsApp applications for customer and employee workflows, building conversational UIs, templates, webhooks, and backend workflow logic end-to-end.
  • Automated engineering and operations workflows by integrating Playwright + Claude Vision visual regression into pre-push hooks and automating bulk e-card generation, eliminating ~95% of a previously manual process.
  • Contributed to the development of 4+ production platforms across AI, insurance, HRMS, lending, and WhatsApp applications.

  • Built and shipped Kompact AI’s Python SDK and CLI, wrapping chat, embeddings and fine-tuning APIs with authentication, retries, error handling and structured exceptions for a cleaner developer integration experience.
  • Developed Java + PostgreSQL backend services for the AI inference platform, owning API contracts, schema design, asynchronous processing and integrations with external model providers.

SECTION 04 · THE HUMAN IN THE SUIT

Curiosity gets me started. Problem solving keeps me going.

I’m drawn to problems that make me think, learn something new, and build something useful. I like getting beneath the surface: understanding how a system works, finding what makes it difficult, and turning that complexity into an experience that feels simple.

My work spans AI agents, full-stack products, and the infrastructure that runs them. I’ve built AI technology products, SaaS platforms, insurance and lending systems, HRMS applications, and developer tools, taking on everything from web and mobile interfaces to APIs, asynchronous workflows, cloud infrastructure, and production delivery. I enjoy connecting those pieces and seeing an idea become something people can actually use.

Outside my day-to-day work, I follow the ideas I can’t stop thinking about: making workflow execution visible, testing whether AI agents really do what they claim, or turning model switching into a tactile gearbox. I’m especially interested in AI systems, developer experience, automation, and playful interfaces with serious engineering underneath.

I’m at my best when there’s a challenging problem, room to experiment, and people who care about what they’re building. That’s the kind of work I want to keep doing.
